But Angels pitcher Garrett Richards looked like he might throw a no-hitter Sunday afternoon from the moment he first stepped on Angel Stadium’s mound. The fastballs were chuting in at 97 mph, the sliders curling right into the zone. He had the movement, the velocity, the stuff to do it.
