As one Navarro bids Anaheim adieu, another one looks to take his place. Meet Rey Navarro.
Navarro is a 26-year old Puerto Rican second baseman who was drafted in 2007 by the Arizona Diamondbacks and is highly regarded for what he can do up the middle with his glove. Not so much what he can do with his bat, much to the chagrin of Angel fans. The Los Angeles Angels claimed Navarro off of waivers from the Baltimore Orioles in late December. The Orioles are the team the Angels sold Efren Navarro to almost a month later.
