BALTIMORE – This is how it is for the Angels in 2016. At the moment that should have been one of their high points – equaling a season-high with a four-game winning streak – they found another low.
The Angels’ 9-5 victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Friday night was seriously tarnished by the loss of C.J. Cron, who broke his left hand when he was hit by a pitch.
There is no timetable yet for his return, but broken hands usually take five or six weeks.
“It (stinks),” Mike Trout said.
