Pinch hitter Carlos Correa hit a three-run homer in the 13th inning of the Houston Astros' 8-6 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Sunday.
Tyler White and Marwin Gonzalez singled before Correa put his eighth homer of the season into the bullpens beyond left field against Mike Morin (1-1).
The star shortstop was supposed to have the day off for just the second time this year, but came on to secure Houston's fifth win in six games. Correa got a run-scoring hit in the 13th inning for the second time in six games, following up his game-ending single against Baltimore on Tuesday.
