The Angels got better than expected production out of the left side of their infield, with third baseman Yunel Escobar posting a .355 on-base percentage and shortstop Andrelton Simmons hitting .281 with a .324 on-base percentage. The other side didn’t work out as well, as the Angels couldn’t get any consistent production at second base, and first baseman C.
