After riding a four-game losing streak, the Angels picked up a much-needed win to close out the series in Houston, defeating the Astros, 4-2.
Houston scored 16 runs yesterday, completely tearing apart the Angels’ pitchers. Well, the Halos pitching staff did an incredible job at keeping the bats in check on Sunday, allowing them to score only two runs on four hits.
Dylan Bundy was solid for the Angels, as he gave them six innings and allowed only two runs on three hits. The only mistake he made was on the home run to Yuli Gurriel, aside from that he had everything working.
