The Angels have moved struggling starting pitcher Julio Teheran to the bullpen, Joe Maddon said before Wednesday’s game in San Francisco against the Giants.
Teheran has been ineffective in his three starts, allowing 11 runs in eight innings, allowing four home runs and walking five while only striking out six of his 42 batters faced.
