Angels Look to Keep Momentum Rolling Against Yanks after Last Nights Win

The Angels are slowly working their way back to .500 as they currently sit at 65-67, improving their record after last night’s thrilling win against the Yankees. Ohtani hit his MLB leading 42nd home run of the season, off of old friend Andrew Heaney, Jack Mayfield hit his first career grand slam, Juan Lagares had 3 hits, and Raisel Iglesias got his 28th save of the season.

Yesterday’s bullpen game was successful in getting the win and the team is looking for some length from Barría. Shohei Ohtani was originally slated to start today but was hit by a pitch on his right wrist on Sunday and is still experiencing soreness, so his start was pushed.
