HOUSTON – After one game with his new lineup – well, all except the most important player – Mike Scioscia is not ready to panic.
On the first day the Angels had David DeJesus and David Murphy in the lineup, but for a second straight day without Mike Trout, the Angels’ offense was quiet until it was too late in a 6-3 loss to the Houston Astros on Wednesday night.
The Angels lost the first two games of this series, falling one game behind the Astros in the American League West as they try to avoid a sweep Thursday.
