It’s hard to describe exactly what happened on Tuesday night in Anaheim, other than probably the wildest Angels game of the year. The result, like the majority of this season, was similar, falling 9-8 to the Diamondbacks.
But how they got there was a journey.
Julio Teheran was terrible, allowing three home runs and four runs in two innings, then Hoby Milner allowed a three-run home run in the third inning to Kole Calhoun, the second dinger of the night for the former Angels outfielder.
Arizona led 7-0 and 8-1 in this game, but the Angels somehow tied it.
