Angels activate Robinson, DFA Gentry, Nava

The Angels shuffled around members of their outfield on Saturday, reinstating Shane Robinson from the disabled list and designating Craig Gentry and Daniel Nava for assignment.

Robinson, 31, was on the 15-day disabled list after spraining his right ankle on July 5. In 42 games with the Angels this season, Robinson was hitting .215/.329/.277 while playing the majority of games in left and center field.

Robinson was slated to bat ninth in the Angels' order on Saturday night against the Red Sox.

Gentry, 32, had been on the disabled list since April with lower back tightness before he was reinstated and then designated for assignment.
