Andrew Heaney was fantastic for the Angels on Friday, but it wasn’t enough as they fell in extras to the Astros, 5-4.
The offense had plenty of opportunities all night to put more runs across the board, as they stranded nine on base and went 5-for-18 with runners in scoring position.
Heaney was fantastic for the Angels, as the Astros couldn’t really get anything going off him. He threw 6 1⁄3 scoreless innings, striking out 10. Houston was able to put a run on the board, but they only strung together two hits with him on the mound.
