A woman has been arrested after allegedly leading police on a 100km, 90 minute chase from the NSW Southern Highlands to Sydney's north-west.

Along the way, the 30-year-old from Victoria allegedly crashed into at least eight vehicles, including a police car, and left a police officer injured.

Police allege she refused to get out of her grey Mazda3 when she was first caught speeding at Pheasants Nest on the Hume Highway at about 10.30am on Monday.

Footage obtained by 9News showed her car stopped between two police vehicles, with two officers talking to her on the driver's side.
