Arne Slot and his assistant Sipke Hulshoff were sent off for their part in a confrontation that erupted between Liverpool and Everton after the final whistle was blown at Goodison Park on Wednesday night.
Unsavoury scenes overshadowed the last Merseyside derby at Everton's famous old ground after James Tarkowski volleyed home a stoppage-time equaliser to salvage a draw for the hosts.
Following the Everton skipper's last-gasp leveller, Abdoulaye Doucoure taunted the Liverpool fans and was confronted by Liverpool substitute Curtis Jones.
Both players were then sent off after going face to face with one another - before Slot and Hulshoff were also dismissed.
