Mae Muller has been chosen as the UK's entry for the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest after amassing a huge social media following.
The singer, 25, was selected by industry bosses in the hope that she can do one better than Sam Ryder, who last year finished runner-up to winners Ukraine.
Mae will represent the UK with her single I Wrote A Song, when she takes to the stage in Liverpool in May, with her home nation acting as host in place of Ukraine, who are unable to present the event due to their ongoing conflict with Russia.
