Jurgen Klopp insists he has not dwelled on the disappointing climax of last season that saw Liverpool's quadruple dreams fall apart.

The Reds lost the Champions League final to Real Madrid in May and that came a week after Klopp's side were narrowly pipped to the Premier League title by Manchester City.

However, Klopp says he got over the crushing disappointment after just one day and he's now fully focused on the new season, which begins on Saturday as the Merseysiders face City in the Community Shield at Leicester's King Power Stadium.
