Georginio Wijnaldum, Danny Ings and Ben Woodburn are all out of the Premier League clash with the Hammers at Anfield, with Klopp explaining pre-match that the trio were excused from training on Friday.
“Gini and Ben are ill, and Ingsy, that happened yesterday, they came in and we sent them home immediately,” the manager said.
“It’s always like this - you think you have no problems and then the next moment you have them. But we have enough players here and I’m fine.”
Aside from Wijnaldum, Ings and Woodburn, long-term absentee Nathaniel Clyne is the only other Reds player unavailable to Klopp today.
