Liverpool never lost their focus on lifting a first league title in 30 years despite the coronavirus pandemic delaying their long-awaited triumph, claims Dejan Lovren.
Jurgen Klopp's side were just two wins away from their first league crown since 1990 when the Premier League was suspended in March.
But the Croatian insists that the Reds were intent on returning in the best shape possible to wrap up the title even before the June 17 restart date was confirmed last month.
He told the Liverpool website: 'To be honest, even without a date at the beginning, our main focus and goal was, "Guys, let's finish the season.
