The brazen motorcyclist was caught by a car's dashboard camera as he rode around Sefton Park, Liverpool, almost ploughing into oncoming traffic.
Merseyside police are currently looking for the motorcyclist involved in the incident.
In the footage, which was captured on the dashboard camera of the vehicle behind the biker, the rider was seen standing up on the motorcycle.
