The game was played over three halves of 30-minutes as the youngsters enjoyed a valuable workout.
Marc Bridge-Wilkinson had a very young side out with the vast majority of the side U17, and there was also the welcome sight of Oakley Cannonier back in action after returning from injury.
Reflecting on the win, Bridge-Wilkinson told Liverpoolfc.com: "We had a really young side out and the boys did well.
"It was great to give them valuable minutes and a lot of the boys managed to play for an hour which was pleasing.
"The boys have been working really hard and it was great to see Oakley back in action and looking sharp.
