Mae Muller has been unveiled as the UK's entrant for this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
The 25-year-old will perform I Wrote A Song in Liverpool on May 9, which is a catchy and relatable tune about getting over an ex.
Mae was selected by industry bosses in the hope that she can do one better than Sam Ryder, who last year finished runner-up to winners Ukraine.
Like her predecessor, Muller has been in the music business for a while, having released her debut single Closer in 2018.
MailOnline charts the rise of the North London girl who went from writing songs in her bedroom to touring with Little Mix in 2019, and is set to represent Britain at Eurovision.
