Taylor Swift fans were left furious after being denied entry to the concert at the Liverpool Eras gig at the Anfield stadium on Friday.
One attendee, Jessica, was left angered by the refusal which seemed to be down to a Ticketmaster glitch where the company seemed to have oversold tickets.
She posted a video to her TikTok, which quickly amassed over 40k views.
Speaking to the camera she said: 'Just outside of the stadium and we're not being let in because apparently Ticketmaster have sold double tickets. Anybody else with the same problem?
