Sergio Ramos reportedly receives death threats for challenge on Mohamed Salah in Champions League final

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has reportedly had to change his phone number after receiving a number of death threats for his challenge on Mohamed Salah in the Champions League final.

Ramos left Liverpool and Egypt fans incensed when he felled Salah in the showpiece event which Real won 3-1 on Saturday.

The visibily upset Reds forward was forced off after half an hour when the game was deadlocked.

Salah has been ruled out for three weeks meaning he is likely miss Egypt’s opening two group games at this summer’s World Cup.
