Reds and Blues unite against knife crime

The event was attended by Reds legend Robbie Fowler, Everton U23 players Fraser Hornby and Bassala Sambou, and several anti-knife crime supporters from across the city.

The tournament was organised through both clubs’ Premier League Kicks projects, using the power of football and the LFC and EFC badges to bring together young people from across the city to raise awareness of the ‘Real Men Don’t Carry Knives’ campaign.

Eight U14s PL Kicks teams from different LFC Foundation and EITC delivery sites took part in the tournament, with the team from Shrewsbury House Youth Club, one of LFC Foundation’s Kicks delivery centres, taking first place.
