Over four days, children from schools in the L4, L5 and L6 areas headed to the stadium to enjoy a nutritious breakfast and fun activities alongside their families.
The youngsters were welcomed by the club’s official mascot, Mighty Red, and Hillsborough Family Support Group chair Margaret Aspinall, before enjoying a hearty breakfast, activities and games and a special tour of the stadium.
Pupils and family members were also entered into Mighty Red’s raffle, which offered prizes such as LFC stadium tour vouchers, club merchandise and Liverpool FC Women match tickets.
LFC Women players Leighanne Robe and Ashley Hodson made the trip to Anfield for the final breakfast club on Friday to meet with the youngsters, pose for pictures and take part in a Q&A.
