Real Madrid 'are close to completing the £68million signing of Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco' after the European champions saw off competition from Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.
The 22-year-old defensive midfielder, currently on international duty with France, is expected to complete his move to the Bernabeu soon.
Reports in both France and Spain say the move is on the verge of completion with Tchouameni opting to join Real despite the overtures of PSG striker Kylian Mbappe.

He will sign a five-year contract with Real, who had been monitoring his progress for some time before making their move.
