Premier League urges clubs to warn fans to stay away after thousands of Liverpool fans gathered in the city's centre to celebrate winning the title

The Premier League has urged clubs to step up their campaigns to keep fans away from grounds.

They asked them to repeat and reinforce the message that mass gatherings should not happen.
