The defender has been out of action since sustaining the issue against Brighton & Hove Albion on January 12, missing the clashes with Crystal Palace and Leicester City as a result.
Jürgen Klopp confirmed in his pre-West Ham United press conference on Friday Alexander-Arnold would also sit out Monday’s trip to the Hammers, but was set to return to full training next week.
