Peter Crouch hails VAR for 'working like a dream' in overturning Wolves' first-half penalty against Liverpool... as Mark Clattenburg says Conor Coady should've been booked for a 'clear dive' after Sadio Mane's challenge

Peter Crouch praised the work of VAR after it correctly overturned a penalty decision awarded to Wolverhampton Wanderers for a foul by Liverpool's Sadio Mane on Conor Coady.

Late in the first-half of Wolves' trip to Anfield, defender Coady went down under the challenge of Mane and Craig Pawson pointed to the spot, leaving Liverpool's players and fans furious with the call.

Replays showed that there was no contact between Mane's boot and Coady's and after a check on the VAR monitor, Pawson overturned the decision and awarded a free-kick to Liverpool.
