Liverpool forward Paul Glatzel has completed a permanent move to League Two Swindon Town.
He progressed through the ranks in Kirkby to become a prolific goalscorer and was captain of the U18s when they lifted the FA Youth Cup in 2019.
Glatzel totalled 28 goals in all competitions that campaign, catching Jürgen Klopp’s eye to be involved with the seniors in their subsequent pre-season.
The 22-year-old has had two spells with fellow League Two side Tranmere Rovers, scoring six goals in 22 games.
He has also represented both England and Germany at youth level, including Germany U18s.
