Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted he is ‘not 100 per cent sure’ if Mohamed Salah will be fit for Tuesday’s Champions League clash against Manchester City.
The Reds go into the quarter-final second leg at the Etihad Stadium with a healthy lead, following last week’s brilliant 3-0 victory at Anfield.
Salah got a goal and an assist in that game but left the field holding his groin after only 52 minutes, and he subsequently missed Saturday’s 0-0 draw at rivals Everton.
Liverpool have been vague over the severity of Salah’s problem, with Klopp refusing to comment on his star man’s fitness on Friday ahead of the Merseyside derby.
