Liverpool were awarded yet another penalty against Manchester United as James Milner took SEVENTH in the Premier League era

Michael Oliver was in no doubt. The Northumbrian referee was in the perfect position to point to the spot after Paul Pogba picked a poor moment to promote his personalised emoji inside the Manchester United penalty box.

The France midfielder's arms were raised in an unnatural position as he jumped with Dejan Lovren and the ball clearly hit his hand. It was the easiest decision Oliver will make all season. No debate.

But the ensuing penalty that was emphatically dispatched by James Milner extended a remarkable record nonetheless. It was the seventh Liverpool had been awarded at Old Trafford in the Premier League, five more than any other team.
