Liverpool will be without Dutch forward Cody Gakpo when they face Union Saint-Gilloise in the Europa League at Anfield on Thursday.
Gakpo picked up a knee injury in Saturday's 2-1 defeat by Tottenham Hotspur, where he scored Liverpool's only goal.
"He was injured before he scored the goal," said manager Jurgen Klopp.
Liverpool came from behind to beat Austria's LASK Linz 3-1 last month in their Group E opener.
USG, top of the Belgian Pro League, drew 1-1 with Toulouse in their first match.
Argentine defender Kevin Mac Allister is part of the Belgian side's squad and he could face his brother, Liverpool midfielder Alexis.
