Liverpool will reportedly face competition from Juventus to sign Borussia Monchengladbach's Mahmoud Dahoud next year.
The news comes from Italian outlet Tuttosport (h/t football writer Kristian Sturt) with the Bianconeri set to target the Syrian-born German youth international in the summer transfer window.
Dahoud broke into the senior team last year and rapidly established himself as a key player alongside Granit Xhaka in central midfield.
Per football journalist Tony Barrett, the Reds were linked with a move for him this summer, while BT Sport's Raphael Honigstein revealed himself to be an admirer of the 20-year-old:
@TonyBarretTimes fantastic player.
