Scrambler bike riders have been caught on video taunting and goading police - who seem powerless to do anything about it.
In the footage, filmed in Huyton, Liverpool, riders can be seen kicking a police car and hurling abuse at an officer while several other police cars are parked nearby.
One police vehicle is shown with its wing mirror smashed and is covered in dirt kicked up by the bikers skidding next to the vehicle.
A convoy of about 30 scrambler bike riders turned out on Monday for the funeral of Frankie Murphy, 13, who was killed in a traffic accident while riding his bicycle.
