Liverpool plan to hold more talks with Roma over a compromise fee for Egypt winger Mohamed Salah.
Roma are looking to sell but want close to £40million while Liverpool may push to £35m for the 24-year-old after initially offering £28m.
Discussions are continuing between Michael Edwards, Liverpool's Sporting Director and new Roma transfer supremo Monchi.

Liverpool failed with their opening bid of £28million to sign Salah from Roma.
The Egypt international has been identified by Liverpool as having the right profile to add to their squad and the clubs have been in discussions.
