Liverpool have reportedly entered into negotiations with Naby Keita over a new contract at the club.
Keita - who completed a £52million move from RB Leipzig to Liverpool in 2017 - has just two years remaining on his contract at Anfield.
It is believed the Merseyside club are trying to avoid the mistake they made with Gini Wijnaldum - who left on a free transfer after talks over a new deal broke down - according to Calciomercato.

Upon Keita's arrival at the club, took the No 8 shirt - which hadn't been worn since Steven Gerrard left the club.
