Lucas Leiva's long Liverpool career looks set to end after the club accepted an offer for his services from Lazio.
Leiva, who has spent a decade with the Reds since arriving on Merseyside from Gremio, appears to be on the way out of Anfield following a £5million approach.
The 30-year-old - a cult hero at Liverpool who enjoys a close relationship with manager Jurgen Klopp - came close to leaving the club in the last transfer window.
He was heavily linked with a move to Lazio's Serie A rivals Inter Milan but the switch never materialised.
