Liverpool hold a very real interest in Aston Villa and Scotland midfielder John McGinn as Jurgen Klopp looks to replace Georginio Wijnaldum at Anfield.
That's according to The Athletic, who report that Klopp was particularly impressed by McGinn when Villa ran out 7-2 winners against Liverpool in the Premier League last October.
Klopp reportedly asked Andy Robertson, McGinn's Scotland team-mate, if he 'ever stops running' after being left impressed by his work-rate.

But Liverpool could have their work cut out trying to lure the 26-year-old away from Villa Park.
