Liverpool stepped their pre-season preparations up a gear on Thursday as they ditched the team bus in favour of pedal power on their way to training.
The Reds are in the picturesque German town of Rottach-Egern, on the shores of the Tegernsee in Bavaria, as they get ready for the big Premier League kick-off.
After leaving their hotel on Thursday morning, the squad and staff donned helmets and jumped on their bikes for a short ride to the local sports complex.
It was merely the warm-up for the players, however, as Jurgen Klopp and his coaches put them through a gruelling double training session.
