Liverpool are in action on Tuesday hoping to take one step closer to their sixth European Cup.
The Reds host Roma at Anfield in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final, hoping to also become the first English team to reach the final of Europe's most prestigious competition since Chelsea won the whole thing back in 2012.
Jurgen Klopp's side progressed this far by excellently defeating Manchester City in the quarter-finals, but Roma have shown themselves to be no pushovers. The Italians, managed by Eusebio Di Francesco, topped a group containing both Chelsea and Atletico Madrid, and made it past both Shakhtar Donetsk and Barcelona in the knockout stages; their 3-0 second leg victory over Barca goes down in history as one of the all-time great European comebacks.
