Jurgen Klopp told his players to ‘go out naked’ for training ahead of Liverpools’s Champions League clash against Manchester City.
The Reds entered their quarter-final second leg with a three goal lead, having run riot against Pep Guardiola’s side at Anfield, with Mohamed Salah the star of the show.
All the talk leading up to the Etihad encounter focussed on Salah, and the Egypt star kept up his incredible form by scoring Liverpool’s first goal, to make it 1-1 on the night and 4-1 to the Merseyside outfit on aggregate.
And Klopp has now revealed just how much focus there was on Salah in the week building up to the big kick-off, by claiming he told his players to train NAKED as no one would notice.
