It was a mixed bag reaction from Liverpool fans on Twitter after they dodged being pitted against European heavyweights Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in the Champions League draw on Friday.
The majority of their supporters celebrated on social media after they were handed a golden opportunity to reach their first Champions League final in 11 years following their semi-final draw against Roma.
For some it evoked memories of winning the 2005 competition, having lifted the highly-coveted trophy in Istanbul after beating Italian opposition.

Several GIFS and pictures of Steven Gerrard lifting the trophy on that famous night in Turkey were Tweeted out in the immediate aftermath of Friday's draw in Nyon.
