Liverpool fan Sean Cox returns to his home in Ireland for the first time since suffering life-changing injuries in an unprovoked attack outside Anfield

Liverpool fan Sean Cox has returned home for the first time since suffering life-changing injuries outside Anfield two years ago.

The Irishman had travelled to Merseyside with his brother for the Reds' Champions League semi-final first leg against Roma in 2018.

But the father-of-three was subject to an unprovoked attack from away supporters which left him in a coma with serious brain injuries.
