Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana are expected to escape formal sanctions from the Football Association following their strip club visit whilst on international duty.
The midfielders were at the centre of further controversy on Sunday as it emerged in a national newspaper that they visited a lap-dancing venue in Bournemouth on England's now infamous night off on Saturday, November 5.
The pair were in breach of the FA's strict code of conduct that was introduced in 2012.
Whilst there is not a direct rule that forbids players from visiting strip-clubs whilst on international duty, players were strictly told that visits to such nightspots would not be tolerated when the code of conduct was introduction four years ago.
