Former Liverpool defender Ragnar Klavan received loud cheers in the city on Saturday as he made a surprise appearance during Eurovision.
The Estonian appeared via video call to announce the traditional votes from his country, and received a hero's welcome from the crowd when he was seen.
Klavan played for Liverpool in the Premier League between 2016 and 2018, making 53 appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side after joining from Augsburg in Germany for £4.3million, making him the most expensive Estonian footballer ever.
Now 37, Klavan is currently without a club but is keeping himself busy with an appearance on the annual programme, hosted in England this year for the first time since 1998.
