Liverpool close to signing 15-year-old Czech Republic goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros as academy transfer ban forces them to look abroad

Liverpool are closing in on the transfer of teenage Czech Republic goalkeeper Vitezslav Jaros.

The 15-year-old, who plays for Slavia Prague U19s, had trials at Liverpool back in September and returned for another spell recently to convince club coaches he is worth a deal.

Jaros also had interest from Southampton.
