Jordan Henderson has backed new PFA Player of the Year Mohamed Salah to be a part of what he hopes will be a long and successful Liverpool future.
The Egyptian became the seventh Liverpool player - and first since Luis Suarez in 2014 - to receive the ultimate recognition from his fellow professionals, edging out Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne - who received the vote of Liverpool's captain.
Salah has been a revelation since joining Liverpool last July in a £36.9million deal from Roma, scoring 41 goals, and he will be looking to inflict maximum damage on his old club by steering Jurgen Klopp's team a step closer to the Champions League final.
