Phillips has caught the attention of several Premier League giants following an impressive breakthrough season with the Reds.

Phillips made 20 appearances in all competitions last season and earned huge plaudits from Jurgen Klopp for stepping up and filling in for the injured Virgil van Dijk, Gomez and Joel Matip.
