Leeds United and Liverpool scouts were at Birmingham City on Saturday to see teenager George Hall turn in a match-winning performance.
The 18-year-old midfielder was described as 'awesome' by manager John Eustace after he pulled the strings in a 1-0 win over Blackburn Rovers.
It capped a fine week for Hall who played in three different positions while on duty for England U19s in their European Championship qualifiers last week. He also grabbed a goal and assist in their 2-0 win over Turkey.
Leeds are long-term admirers but rival Premier League sides plus clubs from Germany and Italy are now taking note.
